Local Pickup

Local Pickups are welcome from our display, pickup times are usually Monday thru Friday, between 10am and 4pm. Please call us at 1300 855 400, and we’ll be glad to arrange a time!

Sydney and Surrounding Areas

We can deliver within a 3 hour driving radius from the Central Coast. We try very hard to offer FREE delivery whenever possible, which depends on the product(s) purchased; and we are happy to say that we are indeed able to accommodate a free delivery in many cases. Please contact us for a delivery cost estimate.

Rural NSW areas

We can arrange delivery directly to your nearest Bigpost depot. The following is a list of some of the Bigpost depots that are available:

The kit is flat packed (placed on a pallet and wrapped in plastic). Most packages will fit into a box trailer or ute. Larger kits may need ladder racks for the longer pieces of timber.

Freight is insured and any items damaged in transit will be replaced immediately at no extra cost. That is our promise to you.

We take full responsibility from our factory to your nearest Bigpost depot.
