We have many delivery and pickup options to make the process as convenient for you as possible:

Local Pickup

Local Pickups are welcome from our display, pickup times are usually Monday thru Friday, between 10am and 4pm. Please call us at 1300 855 400, and we’ll be glad to arrange a time!

Sydney and Surrounding Areas

We can deliver within a 3 hour driving radius from the Central Coast. We try very hard to offer FREE delivery whenever possible, which depends on the product(s) purchased; and we are happy to say that we are indeed able to accommodate a free delivery in many cases. Please contact us for a delivery cost estimate.

Rural NSW areas

We can arrange delivery directly to your nearest Bigpost depot. The following is a list of some of the Bigpost depots that are available:

Packaging

The kit is flat packed (placed on a pallet and wrapped in plastic). Most packages will fit into a box trailer or ute. Larger kits may need ladder racks for the longer pieces of timber.
There is nothing worse than going through a long decision making process for the purchase of a large item, only to have the entire experience ruined by poor service after you have already paid for it, and the vendor has little incentive to be helpful. All of us here at Exotic Thatch understand this, and we want to make sure that we take care of our customers every step of the way.

Our new customers often express the very understandable concern that their purchase will be damaged during the transportation process, and that they will be stuck with damaged merchandise. This is a very valid concern because when items are not packaged properly they can easily sustain damage. And if you are purchasing from a non-reputable vendor, you are always taking the risk that you won’t be able to return the damaged merchandise, or that the process will be dauntingly difficult.

What will happen if an item gets lost or damaged in transit?
Freight is insured and any items damaged in transit will be replaced immediately at no extra cost. That is our promise to you.
Who is responsible for the items in transit?
We take full responsibility from our factory to your nearest Bigpost depot.
What freight company do you primarily use?
