"Hi Nandie,

                I would just like to thank you for your prompt and helpful service and great quality product. Attached are a few pictures I took of the completed hut. It was an experience for the first timer but with the great plans that came with it ,it made it fairly easy!! The only question I have is there was a beam marked (collar tie beam) which was not marked on your plans. I have ran it at right angles to the ridge as you might see in one of the pictures. Is this right?? Or should it run parallel with the ridge?? Other than that there were no hick-ups so again thank you for all your help and service I will recommend you to any of my friends that are thinking of getting a hut.
